While some may dismiss Marvel Rivals as an imitation of Overwatch, developer NetEase earns credit for finding creative ways to engage its eager and dedicated audience. Enter Lady Loki, a completely new outfit for the current Strategist hero Loki, offering players a comics-accurate depiction of the Asgardian trickster god(dess).
Not Hela, But Loki
Despite earlier fan speculation, the highly anticipated Lady Loki costume is definitely not a skin for Hela. Rather, it is a complete reskin of Loki himself, complete with fresh voiceover work. Based on the reveal trailer, Lady Loki keeps the full suite of Loki's core abilities: Mystical Missile, Deception, and his clone ability. The sole difference is her new appearance, tailored to appeal to an segment of fans more than ready to part with their Lattice.
